Our goal is to bring HDL therapies to patients and to provide strong returns to our investors. We aim to accomplish these goals by discovering and developing HDL therapies through key value inflection points, such as clinical proof-of-concept, and to establish agreements with quality partners for late-stage development and commercialization.

In the cardiology field, Cerenis will seek to retain co-development and co-promotion rights to support the evolution of the Company to a commercial-stage specialty pharmaceutical company.

Cerenis is well positioned to become the leader in the HDL therapeutic market with a broad portfolio of programs in development.

The Company continues to explore various partnering options to help accelerate pipeline development and create value for our shareholders. Cerenis is actively exploring ways to collaborate to advance non-core strategic assets outside the field of cardiology.
